Session fees must be paid within 48 hours of booking, less any deposit or booking fee already paid.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting Alli Stone Photography you may miss your slot. This will result in no shoot but the fee will still be payable.

Travel is charged at 45p a mile for sessions more than 30 miles from NR35 2TL.

Throughout the photo session the owner of the animal(s) is responsible for the behaviour and actions of their animals and Alli Stone Photography will not be responsible for any injury to the animal/s, owner or third party during the photography session.

The welfare of the animals in the photo session is the highest concern. The session may be suspended or cancelled (to be rescheduled) altogether should the animals show signs of unease, discomfort or other adverse physical or emotional condition. Should Alli Stone Photography become concerned over the welfare of the animal at any point during the sessions, Alli reserves the right to terminate the session immediately.

WEATHER: If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, your session will be rescheduled on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell or edit said digital files . Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations or advertising use) require prior written consen. A credit line which reads “Alli Stone Photography” in type no smaller than that of the related text must appear adjacent to or within all permitted published photographs. Alli Stone Photography grants the client full non commercial printing rights of all the purchased digital images supplied via download

CHILDREN : If the shoot involves photographing a minor (under 16), with or without pet, I certify that I am legally able to give consent for the minor child.

As part of standard activities Alli Stone Photography may upload a selection of the photos taken in this session to their main website /s and social media pages. Some of the images may also be used for advertising purposes. If you would prefer images weren’t used in this way, please state this before your session . All Copyright remains the exclusive property of Alli Stone Photography.
